False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are available at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These courses start at NCV level two plus the bare minimum need would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

After the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they'd then have attained a grade 10 certification. NCV Level three would be grade 11 and NCV Level four is grade 12.

NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, becoming comparable to a National Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade nine is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV degree two that is equivalent to an NQF level two.

On website which kind of students are fitted to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that conventional education is not automatically the only real method of turning out to be an artisan or starting to be certified so if a student knows from an early age what their pursuits are, the NCV programme is actually completely suited to that student.
